General Information
By commissioning me you're agreeing to accept the terms displayed below, any exceptions will be discussed in private conversations.I have the right to decline any commission for any reason.
1. General
If you wish to inquire about a commission, please fill out the forms either via email or on ko-fi
Applications will be on a waiting list if full. I will get to those commissions when free and you will not be billed until I get to you.
I will need visual references of your character and pose. Be as detailed as possible.
Commissions will be shared to social media. If you wish to be anonymous, please let me know.
2. Do and Dont's

Mild NSFW (Suggestive poses, artistic nudity, swimsuits)
Explicit NSFW - $$$ 15% Extra (No loli/shota/child-like bodies)
Won't Do:
Mecha
Furry
Detailed Armor (if simplified, I can do it)
Real People
3. Process
WIPs (Work in Progress) will be given if requested, or if I need to ask a question about the work.
Turnaround time is 1-3 days depending on many different factors (complexity of pose, real life things, etc.)
If something comes up in my personal life that can potentially delay the commission, You'll be notified ASAP.
I will send you the sketch for any potential revisions. Once sketch is approved, any major changes (pose, outift, etc.) will be charged extra.
4. Payment
Payments are made through PayPal/Ko-Fi
Full payments are made upfront. If it's a larger commission, I'll work with you on a price.
I work with U.S currency
Refunds are only offered in personal circumstances between either me or the customer. If something happens in your life and need money, I'll work with you.
5. Customer Satisfaction
I will try my hardest to make the customer happy. However any changes made after the commission is complete will be minor. (coloring filling, lineart mistake etc.)
Anything major that needs changing (outfit, pose, backgrouns, etc.) will come at an extra charge. I'll work with you on the difference, it'll depend on estimated time spent.
I will ask you for more references if I need them.
6. Copyright and Usage
I retain all copyright of any commissions made.
If you wish to use commissioned work as a profile pic/header/etc. Please provide credit in a visual form (i.e Twitter Bio).
I reserve the rights to post any commissioned artwork to social media for advertising/portfolio purposes.
You may NOT resell, copy or trace any of my art.
Unless previously agreed upon you may not use the art for commercial purposes.
You may print the artwork for personal purposes only - if it's an OC or Vtuber you own the rights ONLY to the character. Not the artwork.
You may NOT use my art for AI or NFT purposes.
All commission art will be signed. You may not remove the signature.
